Getting things done and most importantly done “right” is the hallmark of Nancy Peterson’s outstanding career in real estate. In her first year alone, for example, she created unique marketing strategies that resulted in quick and successful sales. In addition, Nancy is well-known for her goals-oriented approach and her focus on building relationships.
Nancy’s results-oriented philosophy, however, is only one aspect of her professional and personal persona. Whether working with sellers or buyers, she takes the time to get to know her clients and works hard to understand their needs and concerns. “I do a lot of listening, then gather all the facts and move forward leveraging all my skill sets to achieve a common goal,” says the Beverly-based Real Estate Agent. “I care about my clients and I want them to achieve the results they want.”
By focusing on attention to detail and utilizing her superb organizational skills, Nancy is able to minimize any potential problems that may happen during a transaction. Should one arise, however, she can rely on her well-honed problem-solving skills and tap into her own outstanding network of resources to resolve the issue quickly.
Nancy, who has an M.B.A., from Babson College and an extensive background in consumer marketing, has two children who went through the Hamilton-Wenham School system. She is also active in community organizations, including the Hamilton/Wenham League of Women Voters and her church.
